Letter from the Class President

Dear Classmates;

I hope this note finds you in good health and spirits!

It will soon be 50 years since we graduated from Westside High School in 1969.  I know for some it was a wonderful time in your life, while others may not think it was so and still others are somewhere in between.  However, there is one fact that cannot be overlooked either way, it was part of your life experience.

You may have friends that you have remained in contact with for these 50 years but if you are like me, some of those friendships have gotten away from us due to careers, geographic location and just plain life in general.  2019 will be our opportunity to reaffirm those long-lasting friendships, renew those that have been lost and even make some new ones along the way.

I know that as each day passes we are not getting any younger which is why I would like to encourage each and every one of you to make an effort to join us in September 2019.

Please consider attending one or both nights that the Reunion Committee has planned for you, and I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.  Life in general has changed all of us in 50 years, but we are still alumni of WHS 1969. I promise, you will have a great time.

Ronald G. Abdouch,

President WHS Class of 1969
